ORDER
VINING, District Judge.
On March 19, 1983, The Coats Company moved to dismiss the plaintiff’s claims against it on the basis that agreements entered into between the plaintiff and certain other defendants constituted releases and that by entering into such releases, the plaintiff had also released Coats. Defendant John Huskey also joined in the motion.
