Bard, Inc. and Bard Peripheral Vascular, Inc.’s (“Bard”) motion for attorneys’ fees (“Fees Motion”) incurred in having to respond to Plaintiff W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc.’s (“Gore”) motion for sanctions (“Sanctions Motion”), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Bard’s Fees Motion .(D.I. 625) is GRANTED IN PART.
