PRAY, District Judge.
The above-entitled suit was instituted by the plaintiff for the purpose of establishing water rights to the use of the waters of Mud creek on the Flathead Indian Reservation in Montana and to the extent of 160 inches thereof, with priority date, as of April 15, 1900. An injunction is also sought against the United States of America, Harold L. Ickes, Secretary of Interior, and Henry Gerharz, project manager of the Flathead Reclamation Project, the defendants named in the complaint, for the purpose of restraining them from interfering in any manner with the alleged rights…
