DAUGHERTY, District Judge.
The Plaintiff, a National labor organization representing approximately 200,000 letter carriers, brings this suit for injunctive relief and declaratory judgment against the Defendants asserting that Defendants are violating the United States Postal Laws to the injury of the members of Plaintiff’s organization.
