HENLEY, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal1 by Charles Lee Turn-bough, defendant, from a judgment sentencing him to imprisonment for a term of five years upon his conviction by a jury of the offense of assault with intent to do great bodily harm without malice aforethought. Section 559.190.2 We affirm.
