{¶ 1} This appeal by appellant-father, B.C., consolidates for hearing and disposition separate appeals involving the court’s decision to terminate his parental rights to his son, C.C., and daughter, Ci.C., and grant permanent custody of the children to the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services.
