These appeals by plaintiffs and defendants were argued together and will be disposed of in one opinion. On March 6, 1926, judgment was entered in the court below against defendants, husband and wife, and in favor of plaintiffs for $973.98, on a judgment note dated March 1, 1926, payable ninety days after date.
