LAY, Chief Judge.

Carl Anthony Parker appeals from his judgment of conviction for possession of heroin with intent to distribute. Parker was convicted of violating 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(l)(A)(i) (possession of over 100 grams of heroin with the intent to distribute) and sentenced to twenty years imprisonment to run concurrently with a sentence imposed for a violation of Missouri state law in an unrelated matter.
