People v. Flores

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 7, 1979, convicting him, in absentia, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposi ng sentence. Judgment affirmed. On August 31, 1978 the defendant and three others were arrested for selling, approximately two *555ounces of heroin to an undercover police officer.
