Affirming.
John H. Barret died in Henderson County in the month of July, 1909. His will was probated in that county on August 23, 1909. After making a few specific bequests, he devised all of his property to The Ohio Valley Banking <& Trust Company in trust. The conditions of the trust were that the trustee was to manage and control the estate and pay the net income therefrom to the testator’s two daughters, Mary Barret Heddens and *649'Augusta Barret, during their lifetime.
