Before the court is Trustee Marilyn O. Marshall's Objection to Confirmation [Dkt.

*197No. 37] (the "Objection") brought by the chapter 13 trustee (the "Chapter 13 Trustee") in opposition to an amended Chapter 13 Plan dated February 13, 2018 [Dkt. No. 31] (the "Plan") presented by Larry Shelton, the debtor in the above-captioned case (the "Debtor").
