| ,The defendant in this case was convicted of armed robbery and armed robbery with a firearm, and subsequently adjudicated a second felony offender. A panel of this court affirmed the defendant’s conviction and habitual offender determination, but vacated the defendant’s sentence as indeterminate and remanded the matter for resentencing. The trial court resen-tenced the defendant to seventy years at hard labor as a habitual offender and imposed a five-year sentence for armed robbery with a firearm.
