—Judgment unanimously affirmed without costs. Memorandum: Supreme Court properly granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint. Plaintiff commenced this legal malpractice and breach of contract action after discovering that residential property he had purchased did not have “deeded lake rights.” Defendants met their initial burden by establishing that no act or omission on their part was the proximate cause of any damages incurred by plaintiff with respect to both the legal malpractice (see, Marquez v Ross Dev., 162 AD2d 1011) and the breach of contract causes of…
