This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendants which was entered pursuant to an order sustaining a demurrer to a complaint. The action is one to enjoin the defendants from proceeding under certain tax laws to tax credits evidenced by promissory notes and mortgages owned by the plaintiffs on April 1, 1919.
