L. c. 117, § 24A (as amended through St. 1964, c. 515), for reimbursement for the cost of hospitalization furnished at the plaintiff’s hospital in Boston to Tracy A. Laytart, a baby living with her parents in Nashua, New Hampshire, is reported without decision by a judge of the Superior Court on a statement of agreed facts, which, together with an auditor’s report, “may be submitted as a case stated.”
