Appellant NOVA Information Systems, Inc. (“NOVA”) appeals to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a) or (b) (the “Appeal”) from an order (the “Reclassification Order”) of the Bankruptcy Court (the “Bankruptcy Court”) sustaining an objection by appellee Premier Operations, Ltd. (“Premier”) to NOVA’s amended proof of claim (the “Amended Claim”). The Reclassification Order reclassified the Amended Claim as a general unsecured claim in Premier’s bankruptcy proceeding.
