This is an appeal from a judgment enjoining Gulf Oil Corporation from building a service station on two lots located in Haydel Heights Subdivision in the City of New Orleans.

Plaintiffs, six landowners in the subdivision, sought the injunction on the throry that the property is restricted by title to residential use. There are two defendants: P. & W. Developing Corporation, owner of the land; and that' corporation’s lessee, Gulf. (Price Bowen and William Bowen were originally named defendants as owners.
