This is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Jackson County, reversing the action of a majority of the members of the Workmen’s Compensation Commission in disallowing the claim of the appellee, John Handford, for compensation, and which judgment of the circuit court reinstated the finding of the Attorney-Referee A. B. McCraw in the allowance of such claim.
