Affirming.

Appellant, George W. Jenkins, had been chief of police of the city of Corbin for eleven years prior to the institution of this action and Paris Salmons had been chief of the fire department of that city since 1935. By virtue of Kentucky Statutes, Section 3351a-3, these two men had served as members of the board of trustees of the pension fund of policemen and firemen all the years they had been the respective chief of police and chief of the fire department of the city.
