OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-Appellant, Grover F. Durham, appeals a judgment of the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court finding him guilty of two counts of assault of a peace officer, and sentencing him to twenty-four months in prison. Durham asserts that the trial court erred in not granting his Crim. R. 29 motion; that his conviction is contrary to the manifest weight of the evidence, and that the trial court erred in sentencing him.
