This is an appeal from an order dismissing the rule for judgment for want of a sufficient affidavit of defense. In our consideration of the case we do not have the benefit of the views entertained by the learned court below *204on the questions involved because no opinion was filed. The suit -was brought to recover wages under a contract of employment for a definite term.
