Appeal by defendant from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.

Plaintiff is a school teacher holding a proper teacher’s certificate. Prior to May, 1928, she had been in the employ of the defendant as teacher in its graded school at Climas, in this state, for five school years.
