MICHELSON, District Judge.
Nikita Griffin pleaded guilty to conspiring to submit false income tax returns in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 286. The district court sentenced him to 12 months’ imprisonment. In calculating Griffin’s total offense level, the district court determined that Griffin was not entitled to a two-level reduction for acceptance of responsibility and imposed a two-level enhancement for obstructing justice.
