This case comes before the court on petition for declaratory judgment presented by the Joint School District of the Borough of Montrose and the Township of Bridgewater, as plaintiff and Frank Chilletti, a former professional employe of the Montrose Borough District, as defendant. On May 24,1948, the Montrose School District was permitted to join as plaintiff. The petition in which the parties prayed for a declaration of their respective legal rights was filed on February 2,1948.
