Hall, Judge.

In this action on account against the executor of a decedent’s estate the plaintiff appeals from the judgment denying his motion for summary judgment.

1. Irrespective of questions of the admissibility of other evi*758dence submitted by the plaintiff, the evidence of the charges to the decedent on the plaintiff’s business records which were proved as provided by law (Ga.
