OPINION OF THE COURT ON REMAND

WOLD, Senior Judge:

On 27 September 1982, appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members at Frankfurt, Germany. Consistent with his pleas, he was convicted of wrongful appropriation of an automobile, assault with a dangerous weapon, and kidnapping, in violation of Article 121, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 928, 934, respectively.
