SIMPSON, Justice.

Complainant, Mrs. Willie Gibson Hodges filed a bill in equity seeking to set aside a deed executed by complainant to respondents Beardsley on October 3, 1936 upon the ground that at the time of the execution of the deed she was a minor, 16 years of age, and upon the additional ground that at said time she was a married woman living with her husband; that they were bona fide residents of Alabama and her husband did not join in the execution of the deed.
