This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court of Milwaukee county, which directs that the appellant be forever disbarred from the right to practice law in the courts of this state, and also directs that his name be stricken from *380the roll of -attorneys of said circuit court. A preliminary objection is taken by the learned counsel who appears here | to sustain the correctness of the order, that it is not appealable, lie insists that the proper remedy to restore a disbarred attorney to his rights and privileges is by mandamus to the court disbarring him.
