This case comes before the court on the United States Trustee’s (“the UST”) motion to dismiss Debtor Teah Michele Floyd’s (“Debtor”) Chapter 7 case (“Motion”) for abuse under 11 U.S.C. § 707(b)(1) and (3) [Doc. # 24] and Debt- or’s response (“Response”) [Doc. # 35], Debtor’s Response was filed by attorney Randy Reeves (“Debtor’s Counsel”).
