MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KRAM, District Judge.
This action is presently before the Court on a petition and a cross-petition to confirm two separate arbitration awards rendered by the same arbitration panel. Petitioner and respondent also seek costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with this action. For the reasons that follow, the petition and cross-petiuon are granted in part and denied in part.
