This appeal is from an order denying probate of a paper purporting to be a copy of the last will and testament of Matilda A. Bryan, deceased.

The issue is factual so that the present determination rests essentially upon a review of the testimony. The controversy centers about the testamentary disposition by Mrs. Bryan of her estate. She was a former actress, who later married, became possessed of considerable wealth and retained it in a substantial degree to her death.
