(After stating the foregoing facts.) The only question for determination is whether under the evidence the court was authorized to find that certain truck drivers were employees of the defendants for wages, and that the defendants owed the plaintiff the contributions due under the law by reason of such fact. The defendants contend that the evidence demands the finding that the truck drivers were not employees for wages. There are several reasons why this contention is not well founded.
