Moran v. Moran

This action was brought by the plaintiff to cancel a deed of record purporting to have been executed by Margaret Moran on March 18, 1891, to the defendant. The said Margaret is a sister of plaintiff and defendant, and died intestate on March 21,1891. The deed is dated March 18th, and ■appears to have been acknowledged on the same day before a notary public, one Odasz, who died before the trial of this action.
