|,Appellant John Moix appeals from the circuit court’s visitation order, which contained a provision prohibiting his long-term, domestic partner from being present during any overnight visitation with appellant’s minor child. On appeal, appellant argues that the circuit court’s order violated his state and federal constitutional rights to privacy and equal protection, and that the circuit court erred by finding that such a non-cohabitation restriction was required in the absence of any finding of harm to the child.
