Following surgery based on a diagnosis of a perforated or ruptured appendix, the medical condition of Ms. Marcnellus Harris deteriorated to the point that she suffered cardiopulmonary arrest, ultimately resulting in her death. Her survivors, Marcy McMillan, individually and as representative of the Estate of Ms. Harris, Brooksey Patterson, Argette Watson, Vance E.
