Plaintiff, Regina M. Reed, filed a two-count complaint against defendants, Richard White, as the executor of the estate of Nelda Harris, doing business as Harris Farms, and Ronald D. Reed, plaintiffs husband, after plaintiff was involved in an accident with a John Deere tractor and farm implement that was being driven by Ronald as a part of his employment with Harris Farms.
