OPINION
SILER, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs LeCue, Inc. (“LeCue”) and Stanley Trzebuckowski appeal the district court’s dismissal of their complaint as barred by the applicable statute of limitations. For the reasons that follow, we AFFIRM the district court’s judgment.
BACKGROUND
Trzebuckowski was the sole shareholder and manager of LeCue, a billiard hall located in Cleveland that did not serve alcohol. On March 12, 1995, Trzebuckowski was cited with five violations of Cleveland Municipal Code § 688.13, which prohibits any “owner, operator, agent or keeper of a billiard room” from permitting minors…
