*765S. H. Burks and others, hereinafter referred to as the defendants, were convicted and fined by a justice of the peace of Rockbridge county under separate warrants charging them with a violation of “the fish and game laws of this State.” Upon appeal to the circuit court all the cases were by agreement of the parties tried together, and the defendants were again found guilty and each sentenced to the payment of a fine.
