The plaintiff brings this appeal from a judgment which dismissed the suit on an exception of no cause of action. The suit iS for $3,406.60, being the principal, interest, and cost of a judgment render'ed by this court against the present plaintiff and in favor of George A. Lincoln, reported in 146 La. page 23, 83 South. 364, 7 A. L. R. 1697. That judgment became final on December 1, 1919, and was paid by the plaintiff shortly thereafter. • This suit was filed November 29, 1920.
