OPINION

SUTIN, Judge.

Defendant was charged with murder, convicted of voluntary manslaughter and appeals. We affirm.

Two questions were raised in this appeal:(1) Did the trial court err in denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the criminal information when no evidence was presented at the preliminary hearing on the cause of death of deceased?(2) Did the district court have jurisdiction to properly try defendant because of lack of such evidence or remand the case for a proper preliminary examination?
