MURRAY, Chief Justice.

The court proceeded to a hearing for a mandatory injunction upon plaintiffs’ first amended original petition, and, as shown by that petition, the plaintiffs were, Rafael Garcia, County Clerk of Duval County, Texas, and his deputies, Francisco Aleman, Jesus R. Garcia, Oscar Garcia, Jr., and J. P. Stockwell, Sheriff of Duval County, and his deputies, Fidencio Perez, Justo Tijeri-na, Aselardo G. Garcia, Jesus Gaitan, Oscar A. Garcia, Leocadio E.
