OPINION OF THE COURT BY

BURNS, C.J.

Defendant Don Rossiter (“Husband”) appeals from the Supplemental Decree of Absolute Divorce entered by the Family Court of the Fifth Circuit on January 4,1982. Finding no reversible error, we affirm the lower court’s decree.

The issues and our answers are:

1. Did the trial judge err in ruling that he did not have jurisdiction over land and improvements owned by a person not made a party to the action? No.
