FACTS
On August 30,1985, the Northeast Dairy Cooperative Federation, Inc. (“Nedco”), filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. (“the Code”). On September 18, 1985, the Hon. Justin J. Mahoney, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, issued an order appointing eleven creditors to an Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (“the Committee”).
