OPINION

2Per curiam

This case came before the Court on May 12, 1998, pursuant to an order directing both parties to appear and to show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not be summarily decided. The defendants, Richard E. Duguay and Jeanne Duguay (the Du-guays), appeal from a Superior Court summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Rhode Island Depositors’ Economic Protection Corporation (DEPCO). After reviewing the parties’ memoranda and considering counsels’ arguments, we are of the opinion that cause has not been shown and shall proceed to decide the case at this time.
