This case is now presented upon a motion to recall the mandate to the end that a petition for rehearing may be submitted in behalf of the Appellees. The opinion and decision of this Court was filed July 21, 1931, in which a decree of the Circuit Court in favor of the appellees, defendants below, was reversed with directions to enter a decree for the complainant. A petition for rehearing in behalf of the appellees was filed August 15th following and denied on September 14th and the mandate from this Court was issued two days later.
