*685In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants Thomas J. O’Connor and Bloomberg LP appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Donovan, J.), entered November 1, 2007, as denied, as untimely, their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
