This Chapter 13 bankruptcy case was initiated by a petition filed by the debtors Corey Cunningham and Susan Cunningham (collectively “Cunningham”) under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code on June 27, 2011. On October 11, 2011, as record # 44, Cunningham filed a Motion to Avoid Judicial Lien pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f)(1)(A) with respect to a lien interest of Timber Ridge Landscaping, Inc. concerning Cunningham’s residence.
