This matter comes before the Court on a fully-briefed Motion to Dismiss, or, in the *1375alternative, a Motion to Stay and Compel Arbitration filed by Defendant AIG Life and Retirement (“Defendant” or “AIG”). See Dkt Nos. 12, 13, 20, 28.- For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss, dkt. no. 12, is GRANTED in part and otherwise DENIED AS MOOT.
