This appeal involves two separate lawsuits, one by Glenn R. Schultz and one by C. Murrelle Watkins, each filed in separate divisions of the Pulaski Chancery Court on the same date, for the recovery of $47,000.00 each, against the sellers of alleged unregistered securities. The sellers of the alleged securities were the Defendants and Appellees, Rector-Phillips-Morse, Inc., W. F. Rector and Byron R. Morse.
