Eddie Miller, employed in the coal mine of plaintiff in error, while engaged in the line of his employment received an electric shock October 28, 1921, for which he filed a claim for compensation. The claim was heard by an arbitrator in March, 1922, who made an award of $12 for one week and $16 per week for 265 weeks under paragraph (/) of section 8 of the Compensation act, aggregating $4252, for the reason that the injury caused complete disability and rendered him permanently incapable of work.
